Border Patrol Agents Being Infected by Illegals Pouring into California

This is great news. In addition to the millions of dollars being spent to house and feed these people, now they’re spreading diseases all over the place. I don’t understand how allowing these people to remain here is a benefit for this country. I’m all for folks from other countries coming to America legally, but this is wrong. scabies-victimsIt almost seems like the current administration is doing this on purpose, just to destabilize things. In another piece I read today, the government is sending agents to Murrieta, California, to beat back the protesters that are blocking buses full of illegals from being dumped in their town. What the hell? Our own government is going to use force to stop citizens from trying to prevent illegal aliens from being deposited in their town. In other words, they’re going to aid in breaking the law – how can this be right?

Richmond’s annual Independence Day fireworks display was delayed by the threat of Hurricane Arthur, so they were held on the 5th. To avoid the huge crowd on Brown’s Island, we went down to the floodwall on the south side of the James River to watch. The fireworks were the usual kind of good, but I found myself looking across the river to catch the reflections in the buildings of downtown.
