If you read here much, you know I don’t have much patience for the “green jobs” BS that the (zero)bama adminstration has been trying to jam down our throats for 3 years. I also don’t have any patience for the fact that the administration is purposely shoveling billions of dollars in taxpayer money to “green” companies that cannot survive in the marketplace without substantial federal subsidies (some can’t survive even with the subsidies – Solyndra, anyone?). I’m all for developing technologies that can help us -one day in the future, when they’re economically feasible- reduce our dependence on foreign oil (wait- what about just drilling RIGHT HERE in the U.S. where we have the world’s largest reserves of fossil fuels?), but only if there’s a market that demands them.
