Hey, I saw your comment. It looks like the link to Jane’s blog has gone inactive, but she appears to be a volunteer at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden: http://www.lewisginter.org/blog/author/janehockaday/

They don’t have a direct address for her, but there is a form on any of the blog entries that looks like it would be directed to her.

I’ve been away from my computer for a few days and just saw the news about your father. I’m so sorry for what he, you and your family have had to go through. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

I’m so sorry for your loss and/or the world’s lost! Your father sounds like a lovely man that extended to you. :) My heart grieves for your pain. In time it will get better. GOD bless you!!

I read every word. I completely understand why you wrote and when you wrote. It comes from the hidden and not so hidden places of the heart. Thank you for sharing with us/me.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your lovely family. I know from experience how difficult it is to lose a parent.

Thank you, Frank, for writing this – I am so sorry for your loss! I know from experience the sweeping flood of emotions – of relief the suffering is over, and grief – because it is always too soon to say good-bye! Thankfully, your dad is on the other side of healing – and this parting is only temporary.

I’ll be praying for you and family in the coming days and weeks – that God’s faithful comfort will be real to you every moment of the day.
